DailyDeploy is a cloud and DevOps consultancy operated by Rajesh Govada. Our website is dailydeploy.in. This policy explains how we handle information collected through this website.

We collect only what you voluntarily provide through our contact form:

• Your message content

We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not use analytics services. We do not collect data automatically beyond what your browser sends in standard HTTP requests (IP address, user agent) which our hosting provider may log.

How we use your information

Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry. We will not add you to a mailing list, share your information with third parties, or use it for marketing unless you explicitly ask us to.

Data storage and security

Contact form submissions are delivered to us via email. We do not store form data in a database. Our website is hosted on AWS infrastructure with encryption in transit (HTTPS).

Third-party services

• Google Fonts - We load Manrope and JetBrains Mono fonts from Google Fonts. Google may collect usage data as described in their privacy policy.
• hCaptcha - Our contact form uses hCaptcha for spam prevention. hCaptcha may collect usage data as described in their privacy policy.
• Web3Forms - Contact form submissions are processed through Web3Forms and delivered to us via email.
• Cloudflare (hosting) - Our site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare may log standard access data.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by emailing hello@dailydeploy.in. We will respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
